We have an open culture of creative thinking, innovation, and communication. We conduct research, both formal and informal, to keep current on the changing retail landscape. We’re constantly thinking about the retail experience where brand and shopper meet.
Program objectives, combined with market realities and consumer needs are considered at the beginning of every project to help guide our creatives to inspired, targeted design.
In addition to our group of excellent designers, we can work cohesively with your advertising agency for a collaborative effort. In instances where initial creative is provided, we may supplement the design effort, or move right into the engineering and project development phase.
Project Development and Engineering
From the very beginning of every project, our Project Development and Engineering people are working simultaneously with the Creative group. It helps save time at the back end of a project, and reinforces the team philosophy at Niven.
Production, Program Management and Quality Control
Processes and systems are in place for coordinating all aspects of a project on an on-going basis. Manufacturing is done both domestically and internationally depending upon the needs of the program.
Assembly, QC, and logistics are all part of a repeatable Program Management discipline. Reports and documentation are easily customizable to fit into your existing system, or created new for the needs of a unique program.
