  • Client Services Account Manager
    Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Client Services Account Manager to manage projects from initiation through implementation or contribute effectively to larger, complex programs in collaboration with a Senior Account Manager. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, grow, and develop into a backup for Sales or Senior Account Managers, including occasional travel as needed. At our company, we take pride in providing concierge-level, best-in-class customer service—offering a high-touch, personalized experience that prioritizes customer needs, preferences, and convenience. We go beyond traditional service by delivering proactive, tailored support that enhances every client interaction. Minimum Qualifications: Experience: At least three (3) years of account management experience in the Point-of-Purchase (POP) industry or a closely related industry. Skills & Knowledge: Strong understanding of project management, accounting principles, ERP systems, inventory control, and month-end reconciliation processes. Primary Responsibilities/Competencies: Account & Project Management: Independently manage smaller accounts and projects or contribute to larger, more complex programs under a Senior Account Manager. Provide training and mentorship to administrative staff. Develop skills to serve as a backup for Sales or Senior Account Managers, including some travel, as required. Maintain expertise in industry materials and processes, confidently guiding clients through project needs. Demonstrate timeline management skills and ensure project deadlines are met. Facilitate internal and external meetings, providing clear and effective communication. Think beyond assigned tasks to demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness. Logistics & Installations: Oversee logistics and installation requirements for client programs. Coordinate shipments and installations, ensuring smooth execution. Assist installers and customers with technical support related to display installations. Track shipment and installation status updates and provide necessary reports. Attend meetings, store sets, and coordination sessions as needed. Maintain a strong understanding of program details to support successful implementation. Sales & Client Services Support: Assist Sales Team with client presentations and attend client meetings as needed. Serve as a backup for Sales Team members during PTO or business travel. Manage portions of large, complex accounts alongside a Senior Account Manager, while handling smaller projects independently. Lead internal meetings as well as some external client meetings. Enter data into the ERP system and ensure accuracy. Respond to client inquiries and field calls regarding various programs or projects. Assist with month-end processing, billing, and reconciliations, eventually taking ownership of specific portions. Prepare quotes based on estimates and distribute them to clients; assist Senior Account Managers with complex accounts. Lead time-line discussions for smaller accounts and assist Sales and Senior Account Managers with larger, complex projects. Facilitate month-end reconciliation processes, including billing and inventory reports, for smaller accounts and assist with larger accounts. Compensation: Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 per year (based on relevant industry experience and qualifications).   • 3D & Instruction Designer
    We are a collaborative creative team in search of a confident Retail Instruction Designer/3D Designer who is eager to innovate, contribute, and influence our solutions daily. This role will prioritize developing and designing Instruction Sheets in collaboration with the Engineering Team to design and produce clear and concise assembly and installation guides for clients and installers. In addition, the role will require the Designer to help develop creative concepts for retail display challenges, assist in developing 3D renderings, and and work collaboratively with teammates across disciplines. We are a team dedicated to changing the future of retail experiences and design, and seeking new teammates that are as enthusiastic as we are to help clients discover their potential.   • Account Executive
    We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Permanent Display Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Permanent Display Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and growing our client base by building strong relationships and providing innovative display solutions. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from retail stores to trade shows, and contribute to the overall success of our organization. Responsibilities: • Actively prospect and generate leads to identify new business opportunities related primarily to permanent displays along with temporary displays and Niven’s suite of services. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, and drive revenue on a year-over-year basis. • Collaborate with the design and production teams to create customized display solutions that meet client needs and specifications. • Present and demonstrate our display products to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits. • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitability and adherence to company pricing policies. • Track and manage sales activities, including preparing sales forecasts, sales reports, and analyzing market trends. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges. • Achieve agreed-upon sales quotas. • Lead a project through the entire sales lifecycle by building long-lasting client relationships and collaborating with both key internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes. Qualifications: • Previous experience in Visual Merchandising / POP / Fixture Industry. • Proven track record of identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within Fortune 1000 companies. • History of selling customized end-to-end program solutions (design, production, co-packing, warehousing, fulfilment, etc.). • Experience negotiating and closing large contractual agreements within complex organizations across varying departments (C-Suite, Procurement, and Marketing). • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to identify and respond to client needs effectively. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our display solutions and build long-term client relationships. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. • Strong listening, evaluating, and problem-solving skills. Ability to develop alternative solutions when needed to meet deadlines and budgets. • Previous experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools preferred. • Flexible to travel for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows as required.
